FIREMEN FLIPPERS
When they’re not saving lives in Manhattan, four charismatic FDNY firefighters are risking their own money—and their pride—flipping houses together. Blending raw firefighter brotherhood with the chaos of a construction site, Firemen Flippers is a house-flipping show turned on its head.

Firemen Flippers is a bold new reality series that fuses America’s fascination with home renovation, the high-octane culture of New York City firefighters, and the comedic chaos of reality TV.

The show follows four charismatic, tall, witty, and physically fit FDNY firefighters who spend their off-duty hours flipping houses together in the NY/NJ metro area. They invest their own money, sweat, and pride into every project—raising the stakes both financially and emotionally.

Audiences have always been curious about the legendary firehouse culture: the brotherhood, the pranks, the rivalries, the humor, and the toughness it takes to thrive in one of the world’s most dangerous jobs. While cameras can’t capture that life inside an actual FDNY house, Firemen Flippers brings that same unfiltered energy to the job site.

The result: every renovation becomes a proving ground. The crew must balance serious construction challenges with relentless hazing, over-the-top pranks, and laugh-out-loud antics that test their patience—and their profit margins. From roasting each other’s mistakes to wielding firefighting tools for demolition, their unique brotherhood transforms ordinary house flips into unforgettable entertainment.

This series offers:
-
High stakes & high energy – Real money on the line, real construction deadlines, real conflicts.
-

-
Crossover appeal – Fans of renovation shows will tune in for the houses; fans of firefighter culture and reality comedy will stay for the personalities.

The Cast:
MIKE
The "Senior Man"

Much like a firehouse, every flip house needs a leader—and for the Firemen Flippers crew, that’s Mike. At 41, Mike is the senior man, the one who calls the shots, keeps the crew in line, and sets the pace on every project. Mike’s story is straight out of a reality-TV dream: in 2017, he walked away from a lucrative business. By 2018, he was a broke probationary firefighter—new mortgage, newborn baby, and barely enough cash to scrape by. Instead of breaking under pressure, Mike built something remarkable. With nothing more than a dream, a set of cheap Ryobi tools, and YouTube tutorials, he dove into house flipping. What started as a side hustle became a winning streak: every house Mike touched shattered sales records in its neighborhood. From near-empty pockets and a rocky first flip to a self-made millionaire with a powerhouse real estate portfolio, Mike has lived the ultimate rags-to-riches transformation. Now, with his deep contracting skills, hard-earned real estate experience, and no-nonsense leadership, Mike has assembled a crew of firefighters to take flipping to the next level. He’s not just in charge—he’s proof that grit, risk-taking, and relentless hustle can turn setbacks into empires. For audiences, Mike is the heart of the show: a battle-tested leader with a story they can root for. For investors, he’s the anchor character who brings credibility, aspirational success, and emotional stakes to every episode.
ROB
The "Junior Man"

Rob is a true genetic gold mine—6’2”, Navy Veteran, firefighter, and the undeniable second-in-command of the Firemen Flippers crew. With seven years of military service and six years fighting fires, Rob brings discipline, grit, and leadership to every flip. But don’t mistake him for just muscle. Rob is a razor-sharp wit with a booming personality that keeps viewers laughing and his teammates on their toes. Whether he’s soaking his crew with a bucket of water or stirring up pranks on the job site, he embodies the playful chaos of firehouse culture while never losing sight of the work at hand. On the renovation front, Rob is a workhorse with serious skill. Handy with every tool in the box, he’s the perfect right-hand man to the senior leader of the crew—balancing brute strength with craftsmanship. And while some might say he’s “just there for the looks,” Rob is determined to prove them wrong by showing audiences that brains, brawn, and banter can all coexist in one unforgettable character. For the public, Rob is the guy you root for because he’s equal parts hero, jokester, and craftsman. For investors, he’s the X-factor—a magnetic on-screen presence who can anchor storylines, drive fan engagement, and turn casual viewers into loyal followers. Rob will most likely end up being Firemen Flipper's star character!

DAVE
"Probie"
At just 28, David is the youngest and most energetic member of the Firemen Flippers crew—a true workhorse with brains, brawn, and endless charm. Standing 6’1” and 200 pounds, he’s built for the heavy lifting and “dirty work” that comes with being the team’s self-proclaimed Probie. But don’t let the baby face, dimples, and easygoing smile fool you—David is every bit as sharp as he is strong. While the others swing hammers, David makes sure the business runs like a well-oiled machine. He’s the one managing budgets, paying utilities and mortgages, ordering materials, hiring help, and keeping the crew from going over budget. In a world where every dollar counts, he’s the quiet powerhouse behind their profits. But David isn’t all spreadsheets and strategy. He’s a natural motivator, known for his rigorous workout routines and the way he challenges the crew to keep up—whether it’s starting push-up contests mid-renovation or pushing everyone to stay in peak condition. And when it comes to firehouse-style camaraderie, David fits right in: hilarious, quick to prank, but also the guy who knows when to flip the switch and get serious. With five years as a NYC firefighter and time served in the Coast Guard, David brings discipline and drive, but also a fresh energy that keeps the crew moving forward.
